Just a quick note

I'm still quite new to this, so I do apologize that there is not much to see. I'm still debating pulling the whole thing, but we shall see. Thanks for checking it out, but come back in a month or so to see if this has turned into something or not. :-)

  1. Hey Keltic girl :) It's great to talk to another Ontario blogger.. at least you'll understand me when I post temperatures in celcius :P
    To answer your questions, when I talk about fruit and veggies being zero points, it's because I'm following weight watchers. It's one of the best diets out there, mainly because it's more of a way of life than an actual diet. There is a lot of measuring involved as well as journaling everything that I eat and the exercise that I do. Bottom line, the goal is to eat a good amount of calories for my weight (I currently get 35 points/day) and also to get in a minimum of 10 mins of exercise a day.... I do more, but a 10 min walk is really easy to do. If you want more info, just send me an email :)

  2. Sorry for the late reply! I'm only just figuring out how comments work... Ironic that I did tech support for so many years!

    I'll understand when you post weather temperatures in celcius, though I'm still old school to use farenheit for cooking and measuring.
